Warranty Policy

The After-sales Support Policy for Bingoelec Touch Switch and Wifi Products

Dear users, thank you for choosing BINGOELEC products and services. Our after-sale service policy as following:

Manufacturer's guarantee

We assure you that for the products within the warranty period and the scope of the warranty service, will be repaired, replaced or returned according to the service policy, and the normal functions of the products will be restored to you free of charge within the specified time. For products beyond the warranty period and warranty service range, BINGOELEC will provide certain paid maintenance services.

Warranty period

The warranty period is calculated from the date you receive the product. 

1. The warranty period of the product is 24 months from the date of receiving the goods;

2. The warranty period of the attachment is 18 months from the date of receiving the goods;

Three Guarantees Service

In order to protect your rights and interests in "repair, replacement and refund" (referred to as "Three Guarantees"), please properly keep the the valid purchase invoice or other proof after purchasing Bingoelec products.

1. Within 15 days from the date of receiving the goods, if the products are in good condition and no performance or appearance damage is caused by human reason, you can return them. Please keep the outer package, attachment, invoice, instruction manual and warranty card.

2.  2 years from the date of receiving the product appear quality problem,after BINGOELEC after-sales service center or authorized service center test validation, and no product performance or appearance caused by man-made damage, you can choose to repair or replace the same model  of the BINGOELEC accusative products.Please keep the packaging when the exchange, attachments, invoices, manuals, warranty CARDS without loss.

3. If there is product quality problem and the product conforms to the requirements of the service policy, Bingoelec will be responsible for the round-trip postage fee when handling the return, replacement and warranty service.

Warranty and replacement restrictions (not applicable to warranty and replacement conditions)

1. The warranty period is exceeded;

2. The valid warranty card or invoice cannot be provided (the store receipt or the order screenshot showing the logistics information can be used instead);

3. The product serial number and model number on the product bar code, warranty card or warranty card are not consistent with the product itself;

4. Abnormal use or vandalism;

5. Repair, change, refit or disassembly of service personnel who are not authorized by BINGOELEC;

6. Product failure or damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquake, fire, flood, lightning strike, war, etc.)

7. The customer sent back the product problems caused by the rework.

制造商保证

BINGOELEC 宾格向您保证:对保修期内及在保修服务范围内的产品,BINGOELEC 宾格将按照本服务政策进行维修、更换或退货,在规定的时间内免费为您恢复产品的正常使用功能;对超出保修期和保修服务范围之外的产品,BINGOELEC 宾格将提供一定的有偿维修服务。

保修期

保修期从您收到产品之日开始计算,BINGOELEC 宾格的产品将分别按照以下不同的保修期提供保修服务:

1、产品的保修期为自收货之日起 24 个月;

2、附件的保修期为自收货之日起18个月;

三包服务

为了保障您的“包修、包换、包退”(简称“三包”)权益,请您在购买BINGOELEC 宾格产品后妥善保管三包凭证或有效购买发票。

“三包”权益

BINGOELEC 宾格售后服务承诺:严格依据《消费者权益保护法》、《中华人民共和国产品质量法》实行售后三包服务,服务内容如下:

1、自收货之日起 15日内,经BINGOELEC 宾格售后服务中心或授权服务中心检测确认产品完好且没有因人为原因造成产品性能或外观损坏的,您可以退货,退货时请保持外包装、附件、发票、说明书、保修卡无遗失。

2、自收货之日起 2 年内,产品出现质量问题,经BINGOELEC 宾格售后服务中心或授权服务中心检测确认,且没有因人为原因造成产品性能或外观损坏的,您可以选择修理或更换同型号同规格的BINGOELEC 宾格产品,换货时请保持外包装、附件、发票、说明书、保修卡无遗失。

3、产品主机或附件出现产品质量问题且符合本服务政策的规定要求,您在办理退货、换货、保修服务时,BINGOELEC 宾格承担来回邮寄邮费。

如何获得保修服务

如果您希望根据本服务政策提出保修要求,请将您申请保修的产品主机或附件邮寄至BINGOELEC 宾格售后服务中心享受保修服务,详细售后服务流程及BINGOELEC 宾格售后服务中心信息,请联系BINGOELEC 宾格客服进行咨询。

在您提出保修要求时,您须提供:

1、申请保修的产品主机或附件;

2、保修卡或购买发票(网购的,请附上订单详情或订单编号);

如果您的产品主机或附件符合保修条件,请将保修卡或购买发票、申请保修的产品主机或附件邮寄至BINGOELEC 宾格售后服务中心享受保修服务。若您不能提供产品主机或附件的有效证据,我们将依据产品保修卡或产品出厂日期进行保修。

保修、换机限制条款(以下情况不适用于保修和换机条款)

1、超过保换、保修期限的;

2、无法提供有效保修卡或发票的(可用店铺收据或者能体现物流信息的订单截图代替);

3、涂改、撕毁产品条形码、保修卡或保修卡上的产品序列号、型号与产品本身不符;

4、非正常使用或人为故意破坏;

5、经非BINGOELEC 宾格授权的服务人员修理、改动、改装或拆卸等;

6、不可抗力(如地震、火灾、水灾、雷击、战争等)原因导致的产品故障或损坏。

7. 客户发回返修途中导致的产品问题。

收费维修服务承诺

如果经BINGOELEC 宾格售后服务中心或授权服务中心检测鉴定,您的产品主机或附件超出“三包”权益规定的保修服务范围,BINGOELEC 宾格将按零部件和人工成本计算合适的维修费用,并向您提出维修报价,在您支付费用后为您的产品提供维修服务。

维修服务质量承诺

提供维修服务时,BINGOELEC 宾格售后服务中心将根据故障和检测情况,使用原厂零部件为您更换故障零部件,或为您更换一部同型号同规格的产品主机。
